Server application requires Adobe AIR Runtime.

It is available here:
http://get.adobe.com/air/

If you can't install server and the following message appears:
"This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance.", please uninstall old version first, then install latest version.

It may be required to run installer file as administrator (right mouse click on .exe file and choose "Run as administrator" command).

If you use windows 8, server installation may be blocked by SmartScreen filter (it's because server application is not digitally signed).

Ifyou see SmartScreen window click "More info" and "Run anyway".

Connection configuration

This configuration is required only when you can't see server computer in luko Remote connection window. It usually happens when PC uses more than one network adapter(physical or virtual).

Please follow these steps to manually change network connections priority:

Open network adapter settings.
Go to Network and Sharing Center and click on the Change adapter settings link or click on the Start menu, open run command (windows + r) and type "ncpa.cpl"

uncheck Automatic Metric, and type 2 as an Interface metric number.
Don't use 1, because it’s used for the loopback adapter

restart PC.

If you still can't connect - try to restart router.

Make sure that devices can see each other over local network, so router's isolation mode must be disabled.

If you use firewall, make sure that it is not blocking server. Check if it allows connections for "lukoServer.exe", "lukoServerModuleA.exe", "lukoServerModuleB.exe" - they are default in "Program Files/lukoServer/lukoServer.exe",  "Program Files/lukoServer/native/lukoServerModuleA.exe" and "Program Files/lukoServer/native/lukoServerModuleB.exe" (or  "Program Files (x86)" on 64 bit windows).

Please keep in mind that PlayBook shouldn't be connected with PC over usb when you are using luko Remote.
